East Lake Toho is the second largest lake located entirely in Osceola County, at 11,968 acres.

Lake Tohopekaliga (West Lake Toho) is larger at 18,810 acres.

Both are smaller than 34,948 acre Lake Kissimmee, whose western shore is a boundary for Polk County and whose eastern shore is a boundary for Osceola County.
